Call Us
You can contact our Customer Service centre on 1300 790 229 any time between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If you’re not immediately able to speak with an operator you’ll be presented with the following options:
• Bar your number using the automatic barring facility.
• Leave a recorded message on our answering service for one of the operators to call you back.
• Listen to some pre-recorded information which may assist your enquiry.

The Industry Code stipulates that if you leave a message you should allow one business day for us to call you back.
We’re sure you’ll be pleasantly surprised with how quick we are in responding to your enquiry.
